Description: Proposed rule change is to amend the Fee Schedule to modify the method by which the Exchange provides the rebate under Liquidity Provision Tiers 4, 5, and 6 such that if a Member achieves any of the criteria under Liquidity Provision Tiers 4, 5, or 6 in a given month, it would receive that rebate for that month and in the following month.
