Description: Proposed rule change is to amend the Fee Schedule to (i) modify the Liquidity Provision tiers by modifying the required criteria under Liquidity Provision Tier 4 and adopting a new Liquidity Provision Tier 6, and (ii) modify the Liquidity Removal Tiers by increasing the fee and modifying the required criteria under Liquidity Removal Tier 1 and eliminating Liquidity Removal Tier 2.
