Description: Proposal to amend Rule 4.10 of the Exchange’s compliance rule (“CAT Compliance Rule”) regarding the National Market System Plan Governing the Consolidated Audit Trail (the “CAT NMS Plan” or “Plan”) to be consistent with the exemptive relief granted by the Commission from certain provisions of the CAT NMS Plan related to timestamp granularity (“2025 Timestamp Granularity Exemption”).
