Description: Proposed rule change to extend the waiver (the “Membership Fee Waiver”) of membership fees (“Membership Fees”) which is currently in place for all new Members3 of the Exchange, for an additional month beyond the program’s current expiration on December 31, 2023. The Exchange will continue to waive Membership Fees for new Members who join the Exchange through January 31, 2024.
