Description: Proposed rule change to amend the Fee Schedule to: (i) adopt the Liquidity Provision Tier 2 and modify the required criteria under the existing Liquidity Provision Tier 1; (ii) introduce a tiered pricing structure for the Displayed Liquidity Incentive (“DLI”) by adopting a new DLI Tier 1 and reducing the rebate under the existing DLI Tier 2; (iii) increase the fee under the Liquidity Removal Tier 1 for executions of Removed Volume; and (iv) reduce the standard rebate for executions of Added Displayed Volume.
