Description: Proposed rule change to amend the Fee Schedule to: (i) increase the standard rebate for executions of orders that add displayed liquidity to the Exchange; (ii) increase the standard rebate for executions of Retail Orders that add displayed liquidity to the Exchange; (iii) increase the standard fee for executions of orders that remove liquidity from the Exchange; and (iv) adopt a fee for executions of orders in securities priced below $1.00 per share that are routed to and executed on an away market.
