Description: Proposal to amend the Fee Schedule to: (i) adopt a new DLI Tier 1 and re-designate the existing DLI Tiers 1 and 2 as DLI Tiers 2 and 3, respectively; and (ii) provide that the additive rebates under the Tape A Quoting Tier, Tape B Volume Tier 1, Tape B Volume Tier 2, and Tape C Quoting Tier are not eligible to be combined with any DLI Tier rebate.
