Date: December 1, 2023 Description: Effective today, December 1, 2023, MEMX Options has filed with the SEC on an immediately effective basis to continue to charge the ORF rate previously charged by MEMX Options. The MEMX Options ORF will automatically sunset on May 31, 2024 (previously September 30, 2024).
