Description: Proposal amend the Options Fee Schedule to (i) establish a separate category within the fee structure for fees and rebates on transactions in options overlying SPY, QQQ and IWM, (ii) reduce the Taker rebate for Customer transactions in SPY, QQQ and IWM options, and (iii) reduce the Maker fee for Market Maker transactions in SPY, QQQ and IWM options.
