MEMX is pleased to introduce a new capability to the MEMX User Portal. Users that have access to the User Portal can now access the Document Center, which includes Trade Detail files, via a REST endpoint.
To Get Started:
- Provide the source IP address of systems needing to access this REST endpoint via a ticket.
- Log in to memxtrading.com
- Click on your initials to view the menu side bar and select “API Tokens” at the bottom
- Select “Generate” under the API Token header.
- Note:
- Only new tokens can be created, an existing token cannot be viewed after initial creation
- Tokens expire every 90 days, by default, but can optionally be set to expire sooner by super users.
- The same token can be used to access both MEMX Equities and MEMX Options REST APIs.
- If required, super users can force expiration of tokens for individual users.
- The users existing User Portal access permissions will apply to their programmatic access.
- API Documentation is provided in the User Portal to assist with encoding commands for automation in several common programming languages.
MEMX plans to expand programmatic access to other features of the User Portal and will provide updates as those features become available.
